Really disappointed with this order. All 3 shirts were predominantly navy blue, which is my least favourite colour, although no fault of MRS. It would’ve been nice to get a different selection of colours. As a professional footballer, I’d like to think I have a decent knowledge of most football teams but I have never heard of 2/3 of the teams shirts I received. Hopefully this was just a bit of a dud box but unfortunately it’s bad enough for me to most likely not order any type of mystery box again.

The past orders I was so stoked, how random and clever the shirts are makes it so much fun. Although this team I out of the 3 shirts, 2 of which I received with no plastic packing or info cards about the shirt was abit disappointed but other then that I love the quality and surprise :)

I’ve returned 3 boxes all are the wrong sizes. I still didn’t take them out their plastic bags. I would like to begin a return or at least an exchange. I’ve sent a few emails and no response. Amazing. Both times we've ordered this for our son, it's been a blast. A retro shirt from a team he knows and two shirts from teams we've never heard of but that are so fun, especially this time with a super obscure New Amsterdam FC shirt from a US team that lasted only a couple years in a league that we're not sure still exists.

Considering it was a "premium" 3 shirt bundle I was a little underwhelmed to be honest. 2 x 4th division Argentinian team shirts and an amateur Qatar team is hardly what id consider "premium" It was a Christmas gift for my son, and I felt a bit bad for him. He put a brave face on it though. Initial delivery was one shirt short, and it proved difficult to get a response to rectify. To be fair once contact was made the problem was swiftly dealt with, and a free scarf was dropped in the parcel. Would I buy again? If I'm honest, probably not. I appreciate it's a lucky dip, but with plenty of other companies available I'd probably take my chances elsewhere for his birthday in January.

well ive spent £105 on the 13th december to get a christmas present and it did not come by christmas, which i understand as the last orders where placed out on the 21st decembed, they come back on the 2nd and i ask about my package to be told that it has been lost but i can get a new one, theyve told me on the 3rd a new one is coming, it is now the 10th and they still have not dispatched it, and when i try and email i either get no responce or a email around 4 days later.

I‘m still a huge fan of this concept but me and my brother were a bit disappointed with our shirts. For example three out of six shirts were from mexico and only one from europe. Maybe we just had bad luck. Still a merry christmas and a happy new year.

My experience started really well. My son ordered a box and loved it so much asked for one for Christmas. Unfortunately when I ordered we received the same 3 shirts. At this point customer services were excellent and told me to send them back and they would replace with 3 different shirts. After sending tracked delivery I emailed to confirm they had received the shirts back I was told my exchange would be sent the following day. I have heard nothing since, this was almost 2 weeks ago. Nobody is replying to my emails or messages. I am now down over £100 and have nothing to show for it. It’s 2 days before Christmas and my son doesn’t have his present. So disappointed as it started well and we would have bought more
