Returns and Refund Policy

As the purpose of our products on our website are to send customers a 'mystery' shirt, we do not usually offer returns and refunds if you do not like the shirt you receive.

However, the satisfaction of our customers is top priority. In some cases, such as receiving a damaged item or the size is a lot different to how you expected it, we can offer ONE exchange. In extreme circumstances, we will offer a refund to customers, if the shirt is unsatisfactory in any way. The customer MUST send the shirt back in its original condition for inspection before a refund can be processed. The purchase must have been made within 30 days to be eligible for a return/refund.

Please use the contact us page to send us an email and we will give you a returns address. In order for us to exchange your shirt in this case, you will need to send the shirt back with the receipt it came with and it MUST be in the original condition that it was sent. If the shirt is not in its original condition, we cannot offer any exchange or refund.

We do not accept responsibility for postage costs for returns.
