Get 2 stars for fast delivery but thats all. Feel like they just walked over to the south America section and picked the 2 uglyest they could find…

I ordered a retro mystery shirt and in the drop box you can specify what teams you do not want, i asked for no British teams, leaving the rest of the world, i received an England shirt, i contacted customer service's and was told to send it back for a replacement which cost me £5.99. I had to contract customer service again to ask about sending the new shirt out and a refund for the postage i paid, no one got back to me and now i have been refunded for the shirt but not the postage on the first shirt or me having to send it back due to their mistake, terrible customer service and now im out of pocket of £11.00 and no shirt! Buy at your own risk!!!

Done a group order so they wouldn’t give the same shirt to our group. They gave the same shirt. When complained and asked for a refund they said to send it back to the address and attach the order number. This was done. 3 weeks ago. No refund given. Honestly avoid at all costs. I do get a lot of email's from them saying buy again. I have used a few different mystery shirt companies and this is by far the worst. Rubbish shirt and shocking customer service. Dreadful! Don’t buy from them! I bought the mystery retro fb shirt for my partner. Spent about £55 in total to wait three weeks for it to arrive for it to be a shirt worth £18. Yes I looked it up £18! I sent them a message to complain & asked for an refund and never heard anything back! I was completely ignored. So now I’m writing this. ITS A SCAN DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! A shirt from 7 or so years ago from some lower Argentine league. For the price of a premier league shirt you should at least get something from somewhere you know. Seems like they just import terrible shirts from a couple of quid and charge a fortune for it. Didn’t expect what I was asking for but at least something from the same continent would be nice.
